Payment terms made clear
Good client relationships begin with clear expectations, so these terms explain how payments, cancellations and refunds work for our website builds, monthly services, advertising and Google Business Profile services.
Clear terms with no surprises
Each service has a straightforward payment structure that explains when payment is due and what it covers.
Three-stage payment
Website projects are paid in three stages: 50% to begin, 25% on design approval, and the final 25% before the website launches.
Billed in advance
Monthly services are billed in advance and are due between the 1st and 5th of each month. This applies to recurring management and other ongoing monthly services.
Ownership after final payment
Once the final website payment has been received and the project is complete, the completed website transfers to you.
Bank transfer
Payments are made by bank transfer. Payment details will be provided when an invoice or payment request is issued.
Website delivery
We transfer the completed website to the client after receiving full and final payment, allowing the project to move smoothly from development to final delivery.
Clear policies for every service
Cancellation and refund decisions reflect the work already completed, services already delivered and advertising funds held on your behalf.
Website builds
The 50% advance payment covers discovery, planning and design work and is non-refundable once the project has begun. The design approval payment is non-refundable once the design has been approved. No refunds are issued after the website has gone live.
Monthly services
Monthly services may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice. Service will continue through the end of the month that has already been paid for. Part-months are not refundable.
Ad spend
Your advertising budget belongs to you and is separate from Ceylon Pixel service fees. Any unspent ad balance will be returned within 7 days of a written request, or carried forward to the following month, according to your preference.
Google Business Profile
The Google Business Profile setup fee is non-refundable once the audit process has begun. If Google rejects the verification, Ceylon Pixel will prepare and resubmit the verification at no additional cost.
By proceeding with a project or subscribing to a monthly service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the applicable payment, cancellation and refund terms. These terms are intended to keep the process transparent for both the client and Ceylon Pixel.
